After submitting your enquiry, we will be in touch via email to discuss your requirements and booking.
Based on your vision, drafts of your designs will be thoughtfully created. We like to make the design process collaborative; please share any details that are important to you, to truly make your stationery feel personal.
After sharing your feedback on the drafts, these will be finalised. If required after this stage, up to 2 rounds of minor revisions are included.
The final designs will be delivered (in digital files or printed copies as agreed on booking).

Do you offer traditional calligraphy styles such as copperplate?
We do not offer traditional calligraphy, our artistic styles can be considered as “hand lettered”, “handwritten” or “modern calligraphy”. The majority of our hand lettering is designed digitally.
Do you offer hand painted illustrations?
Yes if required. All illustration is hand drawn and we use different mediums depending on the project, including; digital drawing, watercolour, gouache, ink and acrylic paint.
I don’t have all of the wording confirmed for my stationery, can we still make a start?
We ask that you aim to confirm your wording before booking which helps the design process run smoothly. However, if that is not possible and you would like to reserve a place in our diary in advance, please do still get in touch.
How far in advance should I enquire?
We have limited availability so please get in touch as soon as possible, ideally at least 3-6 months before your wedding/event. Our books close when we reach capacity.
How long does the process take?
This depends on the complexity of the project. Typical turnaround time can range from 4-8 weeks. This does not include any shipping time if printed goods are required. If you require a faster turnaround and we are able to accommodate, rush fees will be applied.
Do you offer printing?
The majority of our work is design only and delivered in print ready files for clients to print. If printing is required, we can provide a quote and printing services. Unfortunately due to current trade restrictions we do not deliver to the EU. We also do not ship oversize items such as large signage or restricted items (eg matchboxes) internationally.
Can I get extras such as ribbon and envelopes?
Yes, we are happy to design with embellishments and extras in mind and can provide a quote for supplying these.
